This is just a short courtesy note to say a massive thank you to everyone at Hamilton Carpets following the supply and fitting you have done for us recently. From the initial support in the shop to choose our carpets, to the measuring up visit and finally the fitting of our carpets, we have experienced nothing but brilliant service and standards of workmanship. We really appreciated the whole process which went very smoothly: for which we thank you and your colleagues. As for the screeding and floor fitting, we were very impressed. Unfortunately we did not ask for your operative’s name[Darren], so cannot name him personally, which is a pity, because he is an absolute gem. Not only is he highly skilful, he is super tidy. Moreover, what a character! We’ve never experienced an artisan so well educated and knowledgable..it was a pleasure to chat with him. We wonder whether he has reached his full potential, speaking as 2 lifetime educators! Anyway, many thanks once again to you all.

Just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new kitchen floor and carpets. Please thank your team Roy, Stuart, Darren and Jim for the minimum fuss and maximum effort they put in for us. We really appreciated how professional they were and the results speak for themselves. We couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of guys.

I had telephoned you to let you know how pleased we were with the service from start to finish from you guys but best to put into an email too. Gary was so helpful choosing carpets with us, guided us well through different options and advised what would work best for our home but still sticking to what we wanted! The carpet fitters were amazing, full PPE throughout the fitting, tidied up and even moved some furniture/ beds back for us in rooms. It was a big job as we completed a lot of rooms but we didn’t know they were here as were such a pleasure. Thanks so much, we’ll be back for the remaining few rooms soon! I’m so pleased with what we chose.

Christine had her flooring fitted yesterday and she has called up to say how extremely happy she was with her flooring being done. She has said you were quick and tidy and yes there was a little noise but you managed to do the job very well and she is extremely happy.

Having bought carpet from Hamiltons in the past I would just like to say how delighted I have been with my recent purchase of flooring and carpet for my hall, stairs and landing. Thanks go to Gary for his patience and the time he spent making sure I had the right products and to Stuart and Darren for their skills with fitting the flooring and carpet. I would have no hesitation in using Hamiltons again and would recommend them to my friends and family. Guys, thank you! I just wanted to drop you all a quick line to thank you for your excellent service regarding the fitting of my uncle’s new carpet. Everyone I dealt with, both in store and the fitters were kind, efficient and helpful. This was especially appreciated in light of my uncle’s reduced mobility. He is delighted with his new carpet and I am equally delighted with the service provided.
